Mary, our Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Retention, is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for recruiting and team building. With 20 years of experience in the field, Mary has established herself as a driving force behind successful enterprise hiring for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to Atlas, Mary worked on Wall Street for 15 years, enjoying the fast-paced NYC work culture. Her hands-on recruiting and leadership background allowed her to hone her skills in identifying top-tier talent and fostering meaningful connections. Over the years, Mary has continually elevated recruitment functions while consistently delivering exceptional hires that were instrumental in driving business growth. In her current role, Mary is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and selection to onboarding. She excels in creating and executing innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring that Atlas remains at the forefront of talent acquisition best practices.

Mary holds a bachelor’s at Rutgers University – Rutgers College and is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association as well as the NJ Staffing Alliance. She was selected for and successfully completed a Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School, is a member of the HBA Women of Color Affinity Group and has a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in workforce composition, making companies a more vibrant and collaborative organization.

Outside of the office, Mary enjoys planning activities to enjoy with her husband and 2 children in Essex County, NJ.

Fun fact about Mary

Born in South Korea and raised in a NJ Italian family, Mary embodies the unique fusion of two rich and diverse cultures. A self-proclaimed foodie, her Korean roots can appreciate a well-aged batch of homemade kimchi, while her Italian upbringing allows her to identify a good “Sunday gravy” sauce.
