Vicki Guida

Chief Operation Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at Atlas, Vicki is responsible for leading and scaling all functional areas of the company to ensure the ultimate client experience. Vicki’s strong business acumen allows her to help both Atlas’ and our client’s businesses to operate at their best.

Vicki has been with Atlas for over 20 years and is a driver of growth and the company’s evolution. She was most recently Atlas’ SVP, Global Sales and has many years of experience supplying companies with strategic solutions to proactively meet their competition head-on and be agile enough to react to ever-changing economic conditions.

A graduate from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development, Vicki also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Mathematics with a Concentration in Computer Science. She has been affiliated with the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association for over ten years, currently serving as Global Chair of the Digital Innovators Group and formerly serving on the NY/NJ Board.

In her spare time, Vicki likes to spend time with her husband, two sons and connecting with friends!

Vicki is from New Jersey and likes to spend time at the shore with family, or host simple gatherings at home. You will find her at the Jersey shore in July, perhaps with a glass of homemade family wine in her hand, or running around with her two little kids!
